If you’re unhappy with absolutely any aspect of a Simply product – from its performance to the colour of the label – simply contact our Customer Relations Department (details below) within 21 days of your purchase and tell us why to arrange a refund of the purchase price. You will need to return the contents of your box undamaged with no more than one tub opened and at least 50% of the contents of the opened tub remaining. We will provide a returns collection reference number for your box. Without this returns collection reference number, we will not be able to refund postage. Refund applications that do not comply with the above conditions or are illegible will not be processed. Strictly one application per household, only one box per household may be returned, NO bulk or third party applications will be accepted. For valid applications, allow 28 days from receipt of claim for receipt of your refund. Cheques will only be made payable to the person whose name appears on the application.
