Orders

Your order via this website constitutes an OFFER, which can then be accepted by Aquados  Limited ("Simply Washing"), by the despatch of goods ordered. Errors & omissions excepted.
 
Aquados will endeavour to process your order within 2 working days. Delivery times are 3 to 5 days for UK. Aquados will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure these times are met. Aquados shall not be responsible for despatched items delayed in the post
 
We will take payment at the time of order, not necessarily the time of despatch in order to ensure that there are no last minute problems in getting your order to you.
 
Any promotional offers we make are designed to be used independently and in accordance with the offer as presented.

Aquados reserves the right to suspend, modify or amend the Simply Washing website (or any part thereof) at any time.

 

Exchanges and Refunds

You have the right to cancel your order for any reason, by giving us notice of cancellation at any time within 9 working days from the date of you receiving your order. If you wish to cancel your order, please e-mail your cancellation to us at help@simplywashing.com.

 
You will be refunded any amount you have been charged within 30 days of cancellation. However, in the event the goods have been delivered or despatched to you prior to cancellation, you must return the goods to us, and pay the costs of shipping.

Please return your good(s) unopened, in the original condition enclosing a copy of your original invoice by post to address below:

Please state whether an exchange or refund is required.  Once your goods have been accepted back into stock you will be issued with an exchange or refund.

We regret that postage and packaging cannot be refunded.  However, if you are returning an item because it is damaged, we will be happy to refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you, and your costs in returning to us.

Please note that we can only refund the card originally used for payment.

Your statutory rights remain unaffected by this policy.

 

Payment

While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you choose to cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

Stock Availability

The confirmation e-mail you receive is a confirmation we have received your order and not a guarantee of stock availability. If we are unable to fulfill your order, you will be contacted and your card will NOT be charged.
