Terms & Conditions
What’s the catch? There isn’t one – if you are unhappy with anything about our Simply products and assuming you haven’t used more than half the tub, send us what’s left in the tub with proof of purchase (a till receipt) and we’ll refund you every penny of the price you paid for it. Just call our Customer Services line on 0800 107 3454 and we’ll advise you on the next steps. Please read our Terms and conditions regarding Refunds.
Please note that for online purchases, we can only refund the card originally used for payment.

I am paying by Maestro, why am I being asked for a password when I enter my card payment details?
In order to protect your online security all Maestro cards are processed using an online only secure password. If you have not created a password you will be asked to do so by the acquiring bank. This password is not your Simply Washing account password.

If you are using a credit card and have enabled Verified by Visa or MasterCard Secure passwords you will be asked to verify your card payment.
I’m not at home during the day, what can I do?
If you are unable to receive delivery at home you can arrange for your order to be delivered to an alternative address like work or a neighbour’s house if it is more convenient for you. Please contact email@example.com to discuss this.
Simply Washing accepts Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Switch and Solo cards. We are unable to accept cards that are due to expire within FIVE days of placing an order.
What is credit card security number?
Your credit card security number is the 3 digit number found on the reverse of your card on the far right of the signature strip.
Confirmation of your order
Once we have received your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.
Availability of Stock
The confirmation e-mail you receive is a confirmation we have received your order and not a guarantee of stock availability. If we are unable to fulfill your order, you will be contacted and your card will NOT be charged.
